Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $64.00/hr

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Unencumbered state Physical Therapy License
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• COVID vaccination mandatory for some locations
