What you will do in this role:

• Apply your physical therapy skills to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and assist in their recovery. Instruct nursing staff and families on follow-up programs to build on progress.
• Communicate patient progress or issues to the supervisor and team; assist with scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
• Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
• Teach follow-through programs to patients' families or nursing staff.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean condition.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, compliance standards, professional standards, and applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
