Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation at San Juan Regional Rehab Hospital in Farmington, NM, is hiring a Physical Therapist for full-time day shifts. You will assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and work with the rehab team to restore strength, mobility, and function.

This role requires graduation from an accredited PT program, CPR certification, and ideally one year of rehab setting experience. You will document sessions, educate patients/caregivers, and participate in discharge planning

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Experience: One year experience in rehab setting preferred.
• License: Current Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, OR Speech Language Pathology License
• Certifications: CPR certification required.

Responsibilities
