Piney Forest Health & Rehabilitation Center in Danville, Virginia is seeking a caring, warm-hearted Physical Therapist who is currently licensed in Virginia or is a graduate from an approved Physical Therapist program and is actively working toward obtaining licensure. Our in-house team of compassionate physical, occupational, and speech therapists provides rehab services in a state-of-the-art rehab gym. Whether you are a seasoned professional or at the beginning of your career, utilize your talents as a Physical Therapist to improve the lives of others.

The Physical Therapist evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for services from the referring physician. They treat residents according to the physician’s treatment plan, participate in discharge planning, record evaluations, treatments, and charges, supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides, and screen residents for potential benefit from PT intervention.

Requirements:

• Virginia Physical Therapy License
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Effective problem-solving skills
