What you will do in this role:

• Evaluate a patient's condition, develop a treatment plan, and assist in their recovery, including instructing nursing staff and families on follow-up programs
• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to records
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards
• Instruct families or nursing staff in follow-through programs
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition
• Handle responsibilities according to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, compliance standards, professional standards, and applicable laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum requirements:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
