What you will do in this role:

• Evaluate a patient's condition, develop a treatment plan, and help them improve daily. Instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs to build on progress.
• Communicate patient progress or issues to the supervisor and team; assist with scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
• Document patient care according to regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting standards.
• Instruct families and nursing staff in follow-up programs.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean condition.
• Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of service.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
