Position: Physical Therapist, PT - $10,000 Sign On Bonus

NHC HomeCare Laurens is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team! The Physical Therapist supervises and participates in applying physical therapeutic techniques for patient rehabilitation.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a BS or MS in physical therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed or registered according to state statutes.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Active member of the state and national Physical Therapy Association preferred.

Position Highlights:

• Coordinate and supervise physical therapy services.
• Provide therapy services as ordered and delegate tasks to licensed physical therapy assistants.
• Instruct staff on procedures, precautions, and progress goals.
• Evaluate, plan, and supervise treatments with periodic re-evaluations.
• Maintain patient records meeting third-party reimbursement and legal requirements.
