Position Details

Role: Physical Therapist, PT - $10,000 Sign On Bonus

NHC HomeCare Laurens is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist supervises and participates in applying physical therapeutic techniques for patient rehabilitation involving physical disabilities, injuries, or diseases.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited BS or MS physical therapy program by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Must be licensed or registered in the practicing state.
• One-year supervisory experience preferred.
• Membership in state and national Physical Therapy Associations preferred.

Position Highlights

• Coordinate and supervise physical therapy services.
• Provide services as ordered, delegate tasks to licensed assistants.
• Instruct staff on delegated functions, precautions, and treatment plans.
• Evaluate, plan, supervise treatments with goals set in collaboration with physicians.
• Maintain patient records ensuring compliance for reimbursements and legal standards.
