Job summary

Sonrisas Therapies is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy across Central Texas, including Pflugerville and surrounding areas. You will evaluate, treat, and design individualized plans to help kids grow, move, and reach their goals, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and empowering families.

We offer flexible hours with full-time or part-time options, a competitive pay rate of $60–$75 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package to support you

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Texas PT license or eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Heart for pediatric care and family-centered therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children with developmental, orthopedic, and neurological needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and family goals.
• Use play-based, functional activities to promote mobility, strength, and confidence.
• Educate families on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure whole-child care.
• Document patient progress accurately using our EMR system.

Location: Pflugerville, Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park and North Austin
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Hours
Pay: $60 – $75 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat children with developmental, orthopedic, and neurological needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and family goals.
• Use play-based, functional activities to promote mobility, strength, and confidence.
• Educate and empower families on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, PTAs, etc.) to ensure whole-child care.
• Document patient progress accurately using our user-friendly EMR system.

What You’ll Need:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Texas PT license (or eligibility).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A heart for pediatric care and family-centered therapy.
