Physical Therapist (PT)

Join Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health as a certified Physical Therapist. We offer part‑time and full‑time positions with guaranteed pay while you build your caseload.

Pay Range: $63,000 – $114,000

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and interpret assessment results; develop goals appropriate to the child.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans in the home and community to help pediatric patients with physical, neurological, cognitive, and socio‑emotional disabilities or delays.
• Educate, coach, and empower caregivers and families to integrate therapeutic activities into daily routines.
• Coordinate with referral partners to provide services per physician order.
• Ensure continuity of therapeutic plan after discharge by instructing patients, families, and caregivers in home exercise programs.
• Document patient care services and care coordination in an intuitive electronic medical record system.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and confidence.

Requirements

• Texas State Physical Therapist license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of experience.
