Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is seeking a Home Health Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver one-on-one therapy in children’s homes, daycares, and schools across Texas. You’ll focus on meaningful patient interactions, individualized treatment plans, and thorough documentation while maintaining work-life balance.

Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, and PRN options with a sign-on bonus and dedicated clinical support.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license, or eligible to obtain licensure before the anticipated start date.
• Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide physical therapy services to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional independence.
• Implement physician-approved plans of care using evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Provide caregiver education and training to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
• Supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) is a plus but not required.

Physical Therapist Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Pay:

$60.00–$70.00 per hour
