Overview

Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position is now available in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Norwell, MA. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish.

At Royal Norwell you would be working with the geriatric population and see a good mix of short‑term and long‑term care patients. The facility has a large, well‑equipped rehab gym and a friendly work environment with great patient outcomes. It is located close to Route 3.

We are owned and operated by therapists. Our focus is appropriate and ethical patient care. Members of our management team have worked in the very position you are interested in. Rate Range

Good Faith Rate Range: $50.00 – $60.00.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to be licensed.
• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive, team‑working environment.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varying hours and shifts.
