Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions in Holden, MA, is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. This position offers the flexibility to join additional local PRN rosters as desired.

The ideal candidate will provide quality, compassionate therapy services while collaborating with other rehab therapists and nursing staff. We value the balance between work and family and provide a generous paid time off package.

Salary range is between $50.00 and $55.00 per hour based on experience.

A Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Holden, MA. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish.

Requirements

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license or be license eligible to practice in the state.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.

Good Faith Rate Range: $50.00 - $55.00
