Physical Therapist | PT | Part time or PRN available

Join Absolute Health Care as a Physical Therapist (PT) in a part-time or PRN capacity. Located in Ohio, Absolute Skilled Home Care offers skilled nursing, therapy services, social services, and home health aides under the guidance of the patient's Primary Care Physician.

Position Overview

• Provide a comprehensive range of physical therapy services to patients in a home care setting.
• Focus on patient assessment, quality care, monitoring patient status, compliance, teaching patients and caregivers, and discharge planning.
• Ensure care delivery complies with Ohio Standards of Practice, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid Ohio state license.
• Previous home care experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
• Ability to transfer, maneuver, and lift incapacitated clients in the home setting.
