Absolute Skilled Home Care offers skilled nursing, therapy services, social services, and home health aides in patients' homes under the guidance of their Primary Care Physicians.

Position Details

• Provide a range of physical therapy services in a home care setting.
• Focus on patient assessment, quality care, monitoring, education, and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with Ohio Standards of Practice, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid Ohio state license.
• Previous home care experience preferred.
• At least one year of experience in acute care or rehabilitation settings.
• Ability to transfer, maneuver, and lift incapacitated clients at home.
