About Absolute Skilled Home Care: We provide skilled nursing, therapy services, social services, and home health aides in patients' homes under the guidance of their Primary Care Physicians.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Flexible, part-time or PRN
• Location: In-home care setting

Responsibilities:

• Provide a broad range of physical therapy services in patients' homes
• Conduct patient assessments, ensure quality care, monitor patient status, and ensure compliance
• Educate patients and caregivers, and assist with discharge planning
• Adhere to Ohio Standards of Practice and company policies

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Valid Ohio state license
