Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in Stafford, CT is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. This 24-hour-per-week position offers a competitive rate of $45–$55 per hour, plus generous PTO, a 401(k) with employer match, flexible schedules, and a continuing education program to help you stay current in patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility in CT.
• Ability to provide compassionate therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing setting.
• Good documentation skills and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services in a sub-acute facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff as a team.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in electronic systems.
• Support patient goals to maximize independence.
