Schedule Details/Additional Information:

OFFERING A $5000 SIGN-ON BONUS PAYABLE IN TWO INSTALLMENTS - 50% AFTER 90 DAYS - 50% AFTER ONE YEAR

Preferred Experience: Orthopedic, Lymphedema, or Pelvic Health

Daytime shift with AM/PM coverage throughout the week.

Responsibilities include interpreting physician referrals, conducting musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations, establishing and implementing treatment plans, monitoring outcomes, and adjusting plans as needed. Also involves patient discharge planning, documentation, equipment management, safety adherence, participation in performance improvement, caseload management, professional development, and supervision of staff and students as applicable.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; ongoing continuing education as required.
• Certification/License: Licensed Physical Therapist in the state; BLS certification within 90 days.
• Work Experience: No experience required.
• Skills: Intermediate computer skills, excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and knowledge of growth and development principles.

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull, and perform manual techniques. Must have functional senses and be able to wear protective gear as needed. Travel may be required.

Pay Range: $40.30 - $60.45
