Physical Therapist (PT) Full-Time | Hospital-Based | Competitive Pay | $10,000 Sign on bonus

Schedule: 4 - 10's or 5 - 8's; Mixed Setting: 75% Outpatient - 25% Inpatient Coverage

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case management, and therapy staff to optimize patient outcomes

• Participate in care planning, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
