Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic in a permanent/direct hire role. You will deliver evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions, while accurately documenting care in Raintree EMR.

Maintain a caseload of about 50 visits per week with AI-driven tools to streamline documentation, and contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support within a clinician-led team.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
• Document care accurately in Raintree EMR.
