We Are Hiring

• Department: Outpatient Rehabilitation
• Schedule: Full-time, some mornings and evenings required (see below)
• Facility: Ascension Alexian Outpatient Center
• Location: Schaumburg, IL
• Salary: $79,939.65 - $116,912.25 per year

What You Will Do

Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
• Establish, revise, and evaluate a plan of care appropriate to identified problems, involving the patient and family.
• Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques suitable for the patient's condition.
• Oversee activities of physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire or transfer date; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire or transfer; a valid license pending letter will be accepted until license is issued.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Additional Preferences

Specialties such as Lymphedema, Pelvic Floor, Vestibular, LSVT are preferred.

Availability to work the following hours: M-TH 7-8pm (2 evenings a week required), F 7:45-5:45pm, Sat 7:30-11:30 (2 Saturdays a month required).
