Valir Physical Therapy, an H2 Health company, seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) for our outpatient clinic in Ponca City, OK. You will deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy across orthopedic, neuro, and post-surgical cases while building strong patient relationships.

The role supports a caseload of about 50 visits per week, using AI-assisted tools to streamline documentation, and offers competitive compensation with benefits including insurance, time off, retirement matching and loan

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.

Whether you prefer to maintain a general caseload or specialize in areas such as orthopedics (including pre and post-operative care), manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehab, vestibular therapy, or concussion care, we make it possible.

Your Role:
