Job summary

Valir Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team in Enid, Oklahoma. This part-time role offers collaboration with Physical Therapists, flexible scheduling, and a patient-centered environment focused on mobility and independence.

You’ll work with orthopedic, post-surgical and balance patients, document progress using Scribe AI and the Raintree EMR, and have opportunities for professional growth and CEU resources.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Current Oklahoma PTA license or eligibility.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular, and mobility-related conditions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Accurately document patient progress and communicate treatment updates with the clinical team.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to support strong patient outcomes.
