Job summary

H2 Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for our outpatient clinic in Ardmore, OK. You will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload and develop evidence-based plans of care to support patient goals.

You’ll manage about 50 visits per week, document in Raintree EMR, and leverage AI Scribe to reduce admin time while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, growth-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient physical therapy caseload.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care based on patient needs and goals.
• Manage an average caseload of approximately 50 patient visits per week while providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Use Raintree EMR for clinical documentation and practice workflows.
• Utilize AI Scribe technology to streamline documentation and reduce administrative burden.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual interventions, patient education, and other appropriate physical therapy treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to support positive clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with referring providers, clinicians, and support staff to coordinate care.

Excel Therapy, an H2 Health company, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient team.
