Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet PT goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

A great Outpatient is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist / PT to join their growing team for a contract assignment! This is a contract position. Days schedule. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.
