Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment in the United States. The role focuses on outpatient care with a strong emphasis on meeting the organization’s mission, goals, and quality standards.

The candidate must have graduated from an accredited PT program, hold or be in process to obtain a current state license, and maintain CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT).
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

A great Outpatient is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist / PT to join their growing team for a contract assignment! This is a contract position. Days schedule. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.
