Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations assessing strength, mobility, balance, and functional performance.

• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, case management, and OT/SLP teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, safety strategies, and discharge recommendations.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards.

Our clinicians treat a wide range of diagnoses including neurological conditions, stroke, medically complex cases, orthopedic injuries, balance disorders, and functional mobility impairments. Whether you prefer maintaining a broad inpatient caseload or focusing your expertise in areas such as neurorehabilitation, post‑surgical recovery, or medically complex care, we support your clinical strengths and professional interests.

Your Role:
