H2 Health in Horse Cave, KY is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for our outpatient clinic. The role offers potential to advance into a Clinic Director, blending patient care with leadership development.

You'll evaluate patients, develop evidence-based plans, provide hands-on therapy, educate patients, and document care. We're a clinician-led team that supports professional growth and collaboration. New graduates are welcome; Kentucky licensure is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• DPT degree (or MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for state licensure.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication.
• New graduates welcome; outpatient orthopedic experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Educate patients and monitor progress toward rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver high-quality outpatient care.

Your Role

• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but not required.
