Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks a Physical Therapist II to join the rehab team at St. Mary's Hospital in Decatur, IL. This full-time day-shift outpatient position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a compensation package aligned with experience.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatments, and educating patients and families. Requires current state licensure, BLS, and 2+ years of experience; Board Certification preferred.
