Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a hospital-based nonprofit outpatient clinic. You will manage an adult ortho-dominated caseload with 1:1 care and 45-minute evals and treatments, with no weekends.

This full-time role includes a 60-day onboarding, a $6,000 relocation bonus, PSLF eligibility, and loan repayment support, plus full benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k) match. A collaborative team environment values patient education and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE).

Outpatient Physical Therapist | Hospital-Based

Position Highlights

• Non-profit hospital-based outpatient clinic
• Adult caseload includes mostly ortho, some general and some neuro
• 60-day formal onboarding with a low-turnover team of experienced clinicians
• 1:1 care, 45-min evals and treatments, 8-9 patients/day
• Schedule: Full-time, permanent - no weekends; open to 4-10s or 5-8s
• $6,000 relocation bonus
• PSLF eligible, plus internal program to pay $5,000+ annually on your loans
