BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care in the Tucson area, with per diem, part-time, or full-time options. You’ll assess mobility and safety, develop and implement treatment plans, and document care with an EMR system.

The role emphasizes autonomy, strong mentorship, and team support to promote professional growth. You’ll join a mission-driven home health team that values comprehensive onboarding, flexible scheduling, and a local office presence.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona PT license (or eligibility).
• Graduation from an accredited PT program.
• Comfort with EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise.
• Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies.
• Educate clients and families to promote long-term success.
• Document care using our intuitive EMR system.
