Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Physical Therapist in Tucson to deliver home-based care and empower clients to regain independence. You’ll assess mobility, develop evidence-based plans, and guide families, with strong mentorship and a supportive team.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and 24/7 clinical support to ensure clinicians thrive in a patient-centered environment where autonomy and quality care are valued.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona PT license (or eligibility).
• Graduation from an accredited PT program.
• Comfort with EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise.
• Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies.
• Educate clients and families to promote long-term success.

As a BAYADA PT, you’ll help clients regain independence where they feel safest — at home. You will:

• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments

• Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies
• Educate clients and families to promote long-term success
• Document care using our intuitive EMR system

• $10,000 Full Time Commitment Bonus
