BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for weekend visits to provide compassionate in-home care.

This role offers flexible weekend scheduling, with per diem, part-time, and full-time options, plus a $5,000 incentive for weekend commitments and another $5,000 incentive for productivity milestones. Qualifications

• Current Colorado PT license (or eligibility).
• Graduation from an accredited PT program.
• Comfort with EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• As a BAYADA PT, you’ll help clients regain independence where they feel safest — at home.
• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise.
• Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies.
• Educate clients and families to promote long‑term success.
• Document care using our intuitive EMR system.

Weekend; Per Diem, Part Time, and Full Time scheduling options:

• $5,000 Incentive if candidate is able to commit to 4 SOC per weekend (2 Saturday + 2 Sunday) OR
• $5,000 Incentive if candidate is able to commit to 20 productivity points per weekend (combination of Fri, Sat, Sun, and/or Mon) - benefits eligible!

What You’ll Do

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive weekly pay
