HealthFlex is seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Physical Therapist to join our five-star clinical team. You will provide skilled PT services in patients' homes, helping regain independence with mobility and personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted California PT license required.
• Current AHA CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's License.

• Create detailed treatment and care plans for each patient.
• Communicate and coordinate with patients' physicians to ensure a quality level of care.
