Attractive pay: $52.00 to $54.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations (at least every 30 days), modify interventions as necessary, and perform discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of work.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program as set by CAPTE.
• One year of related physical therapy experience for new home health PTs; less than a year requires approval and mentoring or residency participation.
• Current CPR certification.
