Job summary

Seaport Scripps Home Health in Escondido, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home therapy across the South Coastal Territory. You will evaluate functional status, develop care plans, and provide direct PT treatments to help patients regain mobility and independence.

Requires California PT license, minimum 2 years experience (home health preferred), CPR, and a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
