This position is paid per visit. Rates above are based on estimated annual compensation for a full-time employee.

Qualifications

• Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist
• Preferred community/home health experience

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Current license to practice as a physical therapist in the state of agency operation, compliant with professional standards
• Valid CPR certification, maintained during employment
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel to all locations
