• Minimum nine months of experience as a physical therapist
• Preferred community/home health experience

Required Certifications and Licenses:

• Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Current license to practice as a physical therapist in the state of employment
• Valid CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to all business locations
