Responsibilities

Our Physical Therapists assess and treat patients with physical impairments using modalities to improve mobility, function, and independence in daily activities. We offer Specialty Programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement. The therapist administers skilled care per physician’s orders and the care plan, under supervision of the Branch Director, and educates patients and families.

• Valid state driver’s license
• Automobile liability insurance
• Consistent seatbelt use
• Reliable transportation in good condition
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions
• Current licensure in the state of employment
