Preferred Therapy Solutions in Ridgefield, CT is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) for our sub-acute rehab team. This role includes a $10,000 sign-on or relocation bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible in the state of employment.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.
• Good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Ability to work well in a team and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility with hours and maintain timely documentation.

Responsibilities And Qualifications

The qualified candidate will:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting

Good Faith Rate Range:

$38/hr -$50/hr
