Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time role in Brighton, MI (SNF setting). You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility and independence.

Ideal candidates are licensed PTs in Michigan, with strong clinical and communication skills. New grads are welcome to apply, and a competitive benefits package plus CEUs are offered.

Concept Rehab is looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Brighton, MI. This is a full-time opportunity for a PT who enjoys making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients while working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team.
