Job summary

Concept Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position in Brighton, MI, in a Skilled Nursing Facility with a supportive interdisciplinary team.

You will perform PT evaluations and treatments, develop individualized plans, help patients improve mobility and independence, document progress, and educate patients and families. New graduates are welcome; competitive compensation and benefits offered.
