Job summary

Care Inn Avir of LaGrange, part of the Vital Therapy network, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join an in-house therapy team. PRN schedules are also available, with opportunities to expand care programs and develop wound care, gait, balance, and functional maintenance initiatives.

Vital Therapy supports ongoing training and career development across its 50+ facilities, emphasizing quality care and leadership development for therapists and staff.

Qualifications

• PTA license or eligibility to practice in Kentucky is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services to patients and residents within a skilled nursing/post-acute setting.
• Develop and implement programs in wound care, gait, balance, and functional maintenance.

Care Inn Avir of LaGrange, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full time Physical Therapist to join our stable, in-house therapy team. We seek a PTA who is passionate about delivering the best care possible to our patients and residents and offer opportunities for you to develop programs in wound care, gait, balance, skilled functional maintenance, and more.
