Vital Therapy’s Growing and Stable In-house Therapy Team in LaGrange, KY seeks a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house program serving residents in skilled nursing and post-acute care. You will help deliver high-quality therapy with opportunities to develop wound care, gait and balance programs, and skilled maintenance strategies.

Care Inn Avir of LaGrange, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our stable, in-house therapy team. We seek a PTA who is passionate about delivering the best care possible to our patients and residents and offer opportunities for you to develop programs in wound care, gait, balance, skilled functional maintenance, and more.
