Job summary

Country Arch Care Center in New Jersey is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility rehab team. You will evaluate and treat residents with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions to improve mobility and quality of life.

Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other therapists, documenting progress in the EMR, and supervising PTAs as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey or eligible to obtain license.
• New graduates welcome with mentorship and training.
• Prior SNF, long-term care, or geriatric experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, positive attitude toward residents.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in care plan meetings and family conferences
