Job summary

The Palace Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a fast-paced SNF setting. The PTA will work with Physical Therapists to improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence for residents.

Responsibilities include providing treatments under a licensed PT, documenting progress, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and state

Qualifications

• Current PTA license in the State of New Jersey.
• SNF or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Physical Therapists to provide high-quality care focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall independence for our residents.

• Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, endurance, and functional abilities
