Job summary

AVIR at Crockett, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is seeking a physical therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. This comfortable and homey facility supports an interdisciplinary team with opportunities to create programs in cognition, functional maintenance, ADLs, dining, return to home, and more.

Qualifications

• Texas license required.
• PT certification or degree in physical therapy.
• Experience in acute, skilled nursing, or post-acute settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to orthopedic and neurological patients.
• Develop and implement cognition, functional maintenance, ADL, and gait programs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
