Vital Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at AVIR at Patriot in Texas. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality PT care across a diverse resident population and creating personalized balance, mobility, and functional programs.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team, with ongoing training and clear pathways for career growth within our expanding network of facilities.

AVIR at Patriot, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a full time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek a PT who is passionate about delivering the best possible care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy, inter-disciplinary team.
