Job summary

Vital Therapy is seeking a licensed therapist to join AVIR at Crockett, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility. You will work with an energetic, interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and craft programs in cognition, functional maintenance, ADLs, and dining to help residents return home whenever possible.

The role offers opportunities for ongoing training, career development, and advancement within our growing Texas network of facilities.

AVIR at Crockett, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. This is a comfortable and homey facility with a great interdisciplinary team in place. We seek a therapist who is passionate about delivering the best possible care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy, inter-disciplinary team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities for you to create programs in cognition, functional maintenance, ADL's, dining. return to home, and many more.
