Job summary

Vital Therapy in Crockett, TX is seeking a dedicated physical therapist to join our in-house therapy team at AVIR. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary group to deliver high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting, focusing on orthopedic and neurological rehab, cognition, functional maintenance, ADLs, and mobility goals.

Qualifications

• Texas license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing/post-acute therapy preferred.

AVIR at Crockett, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a physical therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. This is a comfortable and homey facility with a great interdisciplinary team in place.
